In Excel 2016, I couldn't find the "MSCOMCTL.OCX" file, so I downloaded it online and placed it in the SysWOW64 folder. After that, I registered the file and selected it from the library references. However, despite these steps, the ListView options are still not working, and an error is being displayed. Could you please suggest a solution?

    Hi @Saxena, Vishal

Could you please tell us which architecture (32 bit or 64 bit) are you using?

Besides, which version is your Office, Office Professional Plus, Office Professional or others?

According to the link: Office suite: Nonsecurity updates, Microsoft released a 64bit edition of the Microsoft Common Controls with Microsoft 365 Apps of Version 1707 (Build 8326.2058).

I suggest you update your Office to the latest version.

If installing updates do not work, please repair Office or try 32-bit architecture for a check.
