Cannot download files from my personnal onedrive account

Iam using onedrive subscription for many years. Recently i cannot download some files from my own personnal onedrive account. I tried many ways like trying with different browser, using app, etc but no use. The download button is not working. Is there any way to download the file?

    Hello,

    If you're unable to download files from your personal OneDrive, try these steps:

    1. Clear your browser cache/cookies, disable extensions like ad blockers, and try downloading in incognito mode or a different browser. If using the OneDrive app, restart it or try another device.
    2. Right-click the file and select Download, try opening it in a new tab before saving, or select multiple files and download them as a ZIP. If the issue persists, sync OneDrive with the desktop app and access the file from your local drive.
    3. Ensure your OneDrive storage isn’t full and try a different network (mobile hotspot or VPN) in case of restrictions. If none of these work, check Microsoft’s Service Health or contact support.

    You mean you're not using the OneDrive for Business, but a personal OneDrive that uses your Microsoft account to log into OneDrive?

    If so, you do not have the administrator. An administrator is a role in an organization.

    But Microsoft will not remind personal OneDrive users to contact the administrator generally. I want to confirm whether these files were shared from others who use OneDrive for Business?

    Besides, if they are shared files, it is recommended that you download these files from other users and re-upload them for a check.

    Is your computer running Defender? Do you have enabled OneDrive sync locally?

    If so, please make sure these files are not marked as malicious files in Defender.
