If you're unable to download files from your personal OneDrive, try these steps:
- Clear your browser cache/cookies, disable extensions like ad blockers, and try downloading in incognito mode or a different browser. If using the OneDrive app, restart it or try another device.
- Right-click the file and select Download, try opening it in a new tab before saving, or select multiple files and download them as a ZIP. If the issue persists, sync OneDrive with the desktop app and access the file from your local drive.
- Ensure your OneDrive storage isn’t full and try a different network (mobile hotspot or VPN) in case of restrictions. If none of these work, check Microsoft’s Service Health or contact support.
