MySQL Server stuck at "Updating" State for hours

I recently changed the Compute Tier → Compute Size for my Azure Database for MySQL (flexible) server, but it has been stuck in the "Updating" state for at least FOUR hours.
What I've Tried:
- Waiting: It has been stuck for at least 4 hours without progress.
- Restart Attempt: The option is disabled due to the updating state.
- Support Request Attempt:
- I have a Developer tier support plan.
- I attempted to create a support request, but I am stuck in the "Tell us about the issue to get solutions and support." FAQ loop which only give me a bunch of recommended actions (which couldn't solve my problem) or "Get support on Microsoft Q&A", with no way for me to create a support ticket for my issue.
Urgency:
This issue is critical, as my application relies on this database. I need an immediate resolution or a way to force a rollback.
Any insights or guidance would be highly appreciated!
