Error 500 on Azure DevOps sign in

Hi Team,
after I connected my personal-created Azure DevOps organization to my EntraID, I suddenly lost an access to my DevOps organization.
Now, when I try to login to my DevOps organization, I get error '500 - something went wrong!'
also, if I use any other Microsoft account that I have to access my organization, I then get 401 with 'request access' button.
After clicking this button, I properly receive an email that states that "X is requesting access to organization' -> which means that the organization is still linked with my email address; however, it is not accessible by me.
Any help/guidance will be extremely welcomed!

Arko 4,150 Reputation points Microsoft External Staff Moderator2025-03-06T07:23:25.7633333+00:00 If your DevOps organization is now managed through Entra ID, you may have lost direct ownership access. Your user account might not have the necessary permissions after linking with Entra ID. Have you tried logging in using the Entra ID account instead of your personal Microsoft account?

What happens when you try to grant access? Does it give you the same 500 error, or does it not let you sign in?

please find answers to your questions:
- I tried
- Brave, Safari, Edge on MacOS
- Firefox on Debian
- Brave, Safari on iOS
- I did clear the cache and cookies
- I tried private/incognito mode
- When I click 'Settings' button on Grant Access email, it takes me to log in, so this is where I can either login cold (if no account is logged in), or select personal or work account type
- The 500 error happens only after I log in as a work account type
In other words, the login page itself works just fine, MFA works fine (I use Microsoft Authenticator).
After I log in using my personal account, I get 401 with an option to request access (which sends me an email)
After I log in using my work account, I get 500
Please let me know what additional information I can add.
