Problems accessing my business account

I have a business Microsoft account, under which there are several sub-accounts for employees, so that they can work on a daily basis. Everything was fine until my phone broke, which had an authenticator inside. When I changed to a new phone, I could not transfer the authenticator, so the situation is as follows: I cannot get into my admin profile, neither to add additional workstations, nor to change the payment method, because the card has changed. When I call the info numbers, AI answers me, and at the end they send me a link where I can fix something, but in return I get the message that I cannot log in to the system without an authenticator. :( I am already desperate, and when I receive an email. Is there any other way to contact the security service and remove this authenticator? I know all profile login and passwords, but they are useless withput autentificator
