Blocked account and cant log in

Question

My personal account is blocked. It now wont let me use my mobile phone as one method and says that 'this verification method isnt working right now'. When I try to use the authenticator app, I try to do so though resetting my passowrd on the outlook login page where it says 'enter the code generated by your authenticator app', but nothing comes up. Im therefore stuck and dont know what else to do. I cant find a live chat, nor can I find a phone number. Ive posted the question on the Microsfot Recovery Form but it says that 'Because youve turned on two step verification for your account, we ignore these requests but wanted to let you know'. Any help would be appreciated as I have no other avenues to take

Hi all, so I tried many things for well over a week and nothing I tried worked, while I was away from home and not connected to wifi I tried to get a txt sent with a code and low and behold it worked I’m wondering if it’s due to being connected to wifi, so if you need that step for authentication try turning off wifi, I got into mine after getting txt code sent and email code also, hope this helps as Microsoft aren’t any help
