    Hi KISHOR GUJJANWAR,

Thank you for posting in the Microsoft Community Forums.

Was your account storage space normal 2 months ago?

Should this storage space not have a physical hard disk?

It could be that the 1TB of storage offered by Microsoft is just for experience for a while.

Or it could be due to a change or restriction in the account quota by the school administrator.

    1. Contact School Administrators: Firstly, reach out to the IT support or administrators at your school to inquire about the reason for the storage space change and if it's possible to revert back to the previous 1TB quota.
    2. Review Terms of Service: Check the terms of service for the Microsoft Teams service you are using to ensure that there have been no changes or limitations causing the reduction in storage space.

    Best regards

    Neuvi Jiang
