1.Verify that the network adapter settings on the affected server are correct and match the settings on other servers and computers on the network.
- Check the DNS server logs for any errors or warnings that may indicate a problem with the DNS service and any network connectivity issues on the affected server. You can use the ping command to test connectivity.
- Check the firewall settings on the affected server to make sure that they are not blocking DNS traffic.
Apart from these, based on the information you provided, the issue may be related to the DNS cache on the server. After resetting the server, the cache will be cleared and the problem will be temporarily resolved. However, after some time, the cache may become corrupted again and cause the same problem. For this problem, you can try to open the command prompt and type the command: "ipconfig /flushdns" to clear the DNS cache on the flush server.
