Virtual PC - Resolution issue

I've got a client/Venue that uses a virtual PC as their main server for their business.

The issue we are having is that the resolution has reverted to something other than the recommended settings it was on (1920x1080). This had happened after a restart and updates were applied last month or so.

No matter what I do I cannot seem to get passed certain screens. I can bring up the settings screen BUT it won't scroll, I can see the bar scrolling down but I just can't see the actual page move.

It's been suggested we download programs and do this and that BUT the client doesn't want to involve anything that might jeopardise (Despite members saying it's safe) their business which is fair enough.

At the moment we are using their workstations to do jobs but if anything happens I cannot see services via our program to get this all started again (As we are a POS company)

As the client has requested, Is there any way for us to do this with just the Windows utilities that are already on there? (Without right click on the desktop and going into display settings, as the above states, I've already tried to do)

We don't have access to doing the whole pressing the on-off button and turning it on and off etc. that their IT company has said (Which is stupid considering that they know it's a virtual yet can't help...?)

This is all the information I have, pardon the confusion coming from me as trying to compile this information, seek help, and still do my proper job is driving me a little insane.

I've provided an image below of how it looks when on the screen, this takes up the full screen without being able to move the bar to scroll up or down like super zoomed in, thanks.

NOTE: It isn't letting me upload a screenshot. So here is a URL: https://prnt.sc/vNzLCRSyqeuA

    Hi Admin,

    Hope you're doing well.

    1. Boot the virtual machine into Safe Mode. Safe Mode typically uses a lower resolution, and this might allow you to navigate to display settings more easily.
    2. Run the following command to access the Display Settings directly:

    control desk.cpl,,Settings,@Settings

    1. If Remote Desktop was previously configured on the virtual machine, you could try connecting to it remotely from another computer to access the Display Settings.
    2. Due to the limitation resource of forum, we cannot collect more logs for further troubleshooting, you can choose to go to the Microsoft Customer Service Center to open a new ticket so that with their permission level and resource, Microsoft could provide you with better help on your request.

    Best Regards
