I have spent over 3 hours trying to get into my 2 MS 365 accounts to change the payment method. I tried resetting my password and it keeps saying it's incorrect. It wants me to use an authentication app on my phone so I downloaded Microsoft Authenticator that says SafeAuth when I look at it. I have yet to get a code that has worked in entering with account.
My company name changed 2 years ago. I need to get this fixed.
And I want to change the payment method for these accounts.
I need someone to help me.
