Chat to Microsoft support

How do I chat or get someone from Microsoft to call me. I have been going in circles for the last hour and a half with the helpline continuing to hang up on me and directing me online. Can only access community support and no option for chat or a phone call. I’m getting an error message when I’m trying to access my bitlocker key on my Microsoft account to unlock my laptop. I desperately need to use my laptop. HP can’t help, because it’s my Microsoft account that won’t show me my bit locker key. Please help!

    Hi Carly,

    Have you tried accessing the key using https://aka.ms/recoverykey ?

    Once authenticated, this should directly open the page with the recovery keys linked to your account
