TLSv1 is enabled and the server supports at least one cipher. on port 21/tcp/ftp..

. My tenable Scanner showing above critical error. have disabled all TLSV 1.0 and 1.1 in registry. tried crypto IIS ..it also shows TLS 1.0 and 1.1 are disabled. server is not connected to internet and its windows server 2019. Please advise.
