Workstation and netlogon service unable to start after reboot

Hi all expert

We are facing an issue where Windows Server 2019 after reboot the Workstation and netlogon service could not start.

We have tried all remediation from the web but unable to get the service running

Many of our production server are impacted

Windows for business | Windows Server | Directory services | Other

    1.Is the Windows Server 2019 one Domain Controller or one member server in domain?

    2.If it is Domain Controller, please check if the netlogon and SYSVOL are shared by running net share.

    3.Please check if you start the Workstation service and Netlogon service manually, what error message do you receive?

    You can try these methods to troubleshoot:

    1.If you can log in to view the event log and see if there are any error messages or warnings.

    1. Check the hardware of the server, such as hard drives, memory modules, etc., to ensure that they are not faulty or damaged.

    3.If you have the most recent backup, you can consider restoring the system to the nearest backup point.
