I have a persistent pop up stating "sign in required, my device is having issue with a work or school account"" There was an old work account which had me login to Go Daddy and thats where this prompt ends up if i follow thru with it. I am no longer employed iwth the company and i have no reason to ever need it again. This thing is messing up my scripts and blocking the movies im watching - anyone have a solution??

    Hello,

You may check if there's a work account list in your setting, then disconnect it:

    1. In the Settings app on your Windows device, select AccountsAccess work or school
    2. Select the dropdown next to your work or school account and select Disconnect
    3. Select Yesto confirm

    I hope this information helps.

    Best regards,

    Karlie Weng
