Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard fresh instal with Original ISO can not Instal/Update Driver for Network LAN Ethernet & WIFI at PC Dell Optiplex 5080 Tower

Dear Expert,
Please help me.

I use PC Dell Optiplex 5080 Tower before using Windows 10 Pro with Original Hardware/never change. Without problem with Hardware and Software issues (LAN & Wifi Card 100% work).

And i try to fresh instal Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard with new disk (Original ISO from Microsoft with Original License). I use this for my Office. I've tried Re-install (refresh install) again over again & i got same condition.

When it's fresh install condition i Can Not Install/Update driver for Network LAN Ethernet & WiFi.

I try Advanced Hardware diagnostic in BIOS = All Passed (no problem).

I try Auto-detect & Manual at Official Website Dell.com website for installin Driver = Can not install driver/Not support with OS.

I try manual install All Network Option at Device Manager = still Not Work & Not Appear Network Adapter (LAN Ethernet & WiFi)

I try Windows Update auto from system, it's just loading & never run the bar process (just rolling at Check for update...................)...

I contact Dell Tech Support, after every step i try and explain them. They said, it out of their scope.

I Must contact Microsoft for that problem.

    Firstly, I would recommend checking if your Dell Optiplex 5080 Tower is compatible with Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard. You can check the compatibility by visiting the Dell website and checking the system requirements for Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard.

    If your Dell Optiplex 5080 Tower is compatible with Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard, then I would suggest trying the following steps:

    1. Check if the network adapters are enabled in the BIOS settings.

    2.Try running the Windows Update troubleshooter to fix any issues with Windows Update. As you describe, Windows automatic updates don't work, so I recommend that you install the updates manually in this link: Microsoft Update Catalog

    1. Try upgrading Windows Server 2012 R2 to Windows Server 2016 or Windows Server 2019 to see if the issue is resolved.
