how can i make a custom startup screen on a windows 11 VM

I have already checked that its set to UEFI and everything but when i go to the BIOS I don't see an option to disable secure boot??? please I need to make a custom startup thanks

    Hi,

    Is this a Hyper-V VM? If it's a Generation 2 Hyper-V VM which uses UEFI, open the Settings of the VM in Hyper-V Manager, navigate to Security, and uncheck the Enable Secure Boot option.
