I was able to use ADAC before without running as administrator, now when when I search for an user and open the properties it shows me a blank window.

I tried to reinstall the Remote Server Administration Tools for Windows 10 but it did not solve the problem.

    Hello César Sousa,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community forum.

Based on the description "I was able to use ADAC before without running as administrator, now when I search for a user and open the properties it shows me a blank window.",

    1. If your account opened ADAC is a local Administrator account on this Windows 10 Enterprise or domain Administrator account?
    2. Please check have you made any change before the problem occurs.
    3. Please check if you search for another user and open the properties, does it show you a blank window?
    4. Please check if you can open ADUC?
    5. What error message did you received when you open ADAC?

If you have any question or concern, please feel free to let us know.

    Best Regards,

    Daisy Zhou
