Based on the description "I was able to use ADAC before without running as administrator, now when I search for a user and open the properties it shows me a blank window.",
- If your account opened ADAC is a local Administrator account on this Windows 10 Enterprise or domain Administrator account?
- Please check have you made any change before the problem occurs.
- Please check if you search for another user and open the properties, does it show you a blank window?
- Please check if you can open ADUC?
- What error message did you received when you open ADAC?
