Hi Bahram Bekhradnia,
you can try the following steps to resolve this issue:
- Confirm that you have backed up your recovery key. If you've backed up your recovery key, you can use that key to unlock the drive.
- If you don't have a backup recovery key, you can try using an Active Directory account to unlock the drive. If your computer is a domain-joined computer, your administrator may have configured an Active Directory account for your computer.
- If your computer is not domain joined, you can try using Windows installation media to unlock the drive. You can boot your computer with Windows installation media and then select the "Repair Computer" option. Among the repair options, you can select "Advanced Options" and then "Command Prompt". In the command prompt, you can run the following command to unlock the drive: manage-bde -unlock D: -RecoveryPassword YOUR-BITLOCKER-RECOVERY-KEY
NOTE THAT YOU NEED TO REPLACE THE "D:" WITH YOUR DRIVE LETTER AND "YOUR-BITLOCKER-RECOVERY-KEY" WITH YOUR RECOVERY KEY.
Regards,
Lei
