Based on the description, I understand your question is related to voice.
- The Helena voice may not be fully compatible with this Server 2016 LTSB version. Because it is a old LTSB version.
- You can try reinstall Language Pack and Helena Voice and check if it works.
- Click Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update / check for updates to install the latest update.
- Open the Registry Editor
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHIN\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Speech_OneCore\Voices\Tokens
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Speech\Voices\Tokens
Verify that the Helena entry exists and has the correct values
- Restart the Windows Speech Recognition and Windows Speech Service
- Right-click on the Sound icon in the taskbar. Go to the Playback tab. Select your audio device and click “Set as Default.”
If the audio device isn’t listed, right-click on an empty space under the Playback tab and choose “Show Disabled Devices.” Ensure that your audio device is correctly configured.
