Hello
Good day!
Does the problem occur on multiple machines or only one machine?
1.Ensure Windows Update is up to date:
Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update.
Check for updates and install any pending updates.
2.Install the latest .NET Framework:
Ensure that you have the latest version of the .NET Framework installed.
You can download it from the official Microsoft website.
3.Run the System File Checker (SFC) tool:
Open Command Prompt as an administrator.
Type sfc /scannow
and press Enter.
Wait for the process to complete, and then try installing the software again.
4.Check for pending restarts:
Sometimes Windows needs to complete previous update installations.
Restart your computer before attempting the installation again.
5.Based on "some keys in Windows and found the problem in the server registry editor", did you try to make change via registry and troubleshoot the issue? If so, please back up registry first before you make some changes.
6.Disable antivirus software temporarily:
Some antivirus programs might interfere with the installation process.
Disable your antivirus software temporarily and try the installation again. Remember to re-enable it afterward.
If you have any question or concern, please feel free to let us know.
Best Regards,
Daisy Zhou
