Need Help: Remote Desktop Connection. Error message "Your computer could not connect to anohter console session on the remote computer because you already have a console session in progress"

Windows 10 pro.

Already try with some options based on youtube that having the same issue, such as:

  • ipconfig /flushdns
  • ipconfig /renew
  • ipconfig /release
  • add user in advanced
  • manually insert ip address

Currently nothing solved.

    Hello,

    Here are some steps to troubleshoot this issue:

    1. Ensure that the account you are using on your PC has been added to the "Remote Desktop Users" group on remote device.
    2. Reboot both local and remote devices.
    3. Check if Remote Desktop Services is running on the remote computer. Run "services.msc" and look for the "Remote Desktop Services" and "Remote Desktop Configuration" services and make sure they are running.
    4. Reset network connection. You can release TCP/IP, Flush DNS, Reset Winsock, Reset Proxy and see if that helps.
