2024-11-07T17:12:13+00:00 Thank you for your reply.
I. I resubmitted the form at least 8 times. With the same result. There is nothing more that I can include.
- The only known device he has is the one that I cannot get beyond the blue screen of bitlocker. Therefore, I needed to use my computer. After hours attempting to submit the form while at his house (hoping that would help as I used his internet. I needed to leave. I continued to try for the next two days with no luck even though I used a recovery email that I could access.
3.He only has 1 device.
- I did include the answer to the security question on every form.
- I tried to execute the Windows Recovery after I tried the Bitlocker Recovery support.
I completed the form with the information other than being on his computer that will not open. Any other ideas?

2024-11-07T08:07:23+00:00 Hello Wisconsin Customer,
I'm sorry to hear that.
Here are some suggestions that might help you fix the problem:
- When submitting the Account Recovery Form one more time, please make sure to provide as much detailed and accurate information as possible. Try to recall and provide as many details as possible about how you used your account, including email contacts and recent email subjects.
- Try to make recovery attempts on a known device and location where you normally use your account, which helps Microsoft verify that you are the rightful owner of your account.
- If you can successfully log in to any linked account or restore any device, make sure to update your account's security info, such as adding a new phone number or alternate email address.
- If you set up alternate email addresses or security questions when you created your Microsoft account, try these alternate recovery options.
- If your problem is primarily because of the BitLocker blue screen, you may need a BitLocker recovery key. You can try following the steps in Find your BitLocker recovery key - Microsoft Support to recover it. If you can’t find the BitLocker recovery key, reset your device using one of the Windows recovery options.
Hope it helps.
Best regards,
Lei
