    Hello Shankar_Pavan,

    Thanks for your response.

You can try disabling any non-essential applications or services to see if there are any third-party applications or services that are causing conflicts with the affected user's profile.

Additionally, you can try checking the Event Viewer on the Remote Desktop server to see if there are any error messages or warnings related to the affected user's profile. This may provide some insight into what is causing the issue.

If the above methods do not solve the problem, you can try the following steps:

    1. Make sure that your server has the latest updates and patches installed.
    2. Check if your server has enough resources to support all remote desktop users. You can try increasing the server's memory or processor.
    3. Check if the network connection is stable. If the network connection is unstable, it may cause issues for remote desktop users.
    4. Check if any antivirus or firewall software is blocking the remote desktop connection. You can try disabling the antivirus or firewall software to see if the issue is resolved.

If you have any doubts, please feel free to let me know.

    Best regards

    Bblythe Xiao

    Hello Shankar_Pavan,

Thank you for posting in the Microsoft Community Forums.

Based on the information you've provided; it sounds like the issue is specific to certain user profiles on the Remote Desktop server.

One potential solution is to try resetting the affected user's profile instead of deleting and recreating it. Here are the steps to do that:

    1. Log in as an administrator on the Remote Desktop server.
    2. Open File Explorer and go to the following folder: C:\Users.
    3. Find the folder with the affected user's name and rename it to something else (e.g. add ".old" to the end of the folder name).
    4. Have the affected user log in again. This will create a new profile for them.
    5. If the issue persists, you can try disabling hardware acceleration on the affected user's client machine. Here's how to do that:
    • On the client machine, right-click on the desktop and select "Display settings."
    • Scroll down and click on "Advanced display settings."
    • Click on "Display adapter properties."
    • Click on the "Troubleshoot" tab.
    • Move the slider for "Hardware acceleration" all the way to the left (to "None").
    • Click "OK" and restart the client machine.

I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.

If you have any doubts, please feel free to let me know.

    Best regards
