Change colour of progress bar

Question

I am unsure how to call this bar apart from progress bar. Whenever I upload something to e-mails or when ever I am downloading something i see a bar that shows me the progress of this task. In my case, this bar's colour has turned black. How do I change the colour of the bar?

In order to better help you troubleshoot the problem, there are the following questions to check with you:

1.Is the progress bar you are referring to appearing in the e-mail or elsewhere?

2.Based on your description so far, the color of the progress bar has changed recently, right?

If it's convenient, please provide a screenshot so I can better determine the source of the problem.

It is not limited to e-mails. It happenes anywhere when especially I open big documents, upload big documents, or download big documents. This is includes any tuype of document, word, ExCell, PowerPoint, PDF etc.

As the process is happening there appears a progress bar more or less in the middle of the screen showing in % the progress. I am sure the bar used to be blue, but this has recently (about 1 month ago) turned black.
