10.0.18.1251 version

android 13

since the last update it is impossible to scroll to the middle of any list or screen. for example a scrollable conversation in teams, or emails in outlook inbox, when you try to scroll down half a screen with finger, it rushes down to the very end. previous version had no problem with it.

I ran into the same issue.

To resolve I went into the RD android app, clicked on three horizontal bars in the top left, clicked Display - clicked 'Match this device' and set Orientation to 'Auto-Adjust'. I then clicked on three horizontal bars in the top left, and then the Home Icon.

After that I could connect, with the viewer showing the full primary screen (I normally have two screens setup on my PC) on my phones's screen.

I could zoom in and out with two fingers, in the same way you would normally zoom in and out on an image with your phone.

    Hope this helps.

    Hello   Gab667,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community forum.

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft customer support. I understand that you are experiencing scrolling issues with the Android RDP client version 10.0.18.1251 on Android 13. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Please note that the Android RDP client is not a Microsoft product, but rather a third-party application. However, I can suggest a few troubleshooting steps that may help resolve the issue:

    1. Clear the cache and data of the Android RDP client app. To do this, go to Settings > Apps > Android RDP client > Storage > Clear cache and Clear data.
    2. Uninstall and reinstall the Android RDP client app.
    3. Check if there are any updates available for the Android RDP client app and install them.

If the issue persists, I recommend contacting the developer of the Android RDP client app for further assistance. They may be able to provide more specific troubleshooting steps or release a fix for the issue.

I hope the information above is helpful.

If you have any question or concern, please feel free to let us know.

    Best Regards,

    Haijian Shan
