How can I run Windows terminal on my computer?

I am using Windows 7 and I wanted to download the Windows Terminal application to my computer. Unfortunately, the application requires the Net Framework version before it runs, but even though I downloaded it, it still gave an error. I have no idea how to run it.please help

    Windows 7 ended on January 14, 2020. After this date, these products will no longer receive security updates, non-security updates, bug fixes, technical support, or online technical content updates. It is recommended to upgrade to the latest Windows 10/11 version.
