In Windows Server 2016 Standard Microsoft iSCSI Initiator Services are stopped automatically. What is the cause for this?

In my Windows Server 2016 Standard Microsoft iSCSI Initiator Services are stopped automatically .what is the cause for this?

Even though I manually restarting those services, after some time those services are stopped automatically.
