how do i reinstall HID-Compliant touch screen to my laptop?

Hello so i have a YOGA x64, KSSH01P 2 in 1 laptop and i had put it into safe mode a while back due to me not remembering the password, another issues cam up in the system that was unrelated so i took it to BestBuy to get it fixed, when they gave me the laptop back the pen and touch HID-Compliant touch screen driver was completely gone and the pen and touch no longer worked, i updated all the related drivers, i searched for it and nothing came up.

    Hello,

    If the hardware driver for a HID-compliant touch screen is missing and no longer available in Device Manager, you can try running the Hardware Troubleshooter to see if it can fix the problem. Please refer to the following steps:

    1. Press Windows + R to open Windows Run dialog.
    2. Type msdt.exe -id DeviceDiagnostic in Run dialog and press Enter to open Hardware and Devices troubleshooter.
    3. Click Next to run Hardware and Devices troubleshooter. It will automatically detect problems with your computer hardware and devices. You can decide to fix the problems or not by yourself.
