Check if there's idle but connected session on the host:
On the remote computer: open PowerShell as administrator and enter command: Enter-PSSession -ComputerName <computer name>
Enter command: qwinsta or query user
Check the output if there's any session listed in active state.
If you find any active session, then end the session completely: How to End a Remote Desktop Session [3 Methods Offered]
