Hello,

When trying to connect to a remote desktop i get the error 0x3 / 0x5 because it appears another connection is made with the remote desktop.

There is no other connection with this desktop and i can't figure out this error.

I am able to connect to other desktops on this network but it is not working for this one.

    Hello,

Check if there's idle but connected session on the host:

On the remote computer: open PowerShell as administrator and enter command: Enter-PSSession -ComputerName <computer name>

Enter command: qwinsta or query user

Check the output if there's any session listed in active state.

If you find any active session, then end the session completely: How to End a Remote Desktop Session [3 Methods Offered]
