My HP OfficeJet 4655 stopped connecting

I tried to print specific pages from a pdf and nothing happened. Help!! Message said wait for computer to connect

    Printer worked before I started to have this problem. I cannot recall if I did updates before problem started. Printer was connected via wifi

    the message i get says printer is in error state. How do we clear the error state? I was able to connect with another printer not the 4655 hp

    Hello,

    Open the "Control Panel" of the computer, find the "Devices and Printers" option, click the printer icon, and check the print queue. If you find any unfinished print tasks, you can try to cancel these tasks and then print again. Finally, try to stop and restart the "Print Spooler" service through the "Services" window to see if it can solve the problem.
