My printer is set as default printer but I keep getting the save print output window and can't print or get rid of the save output. What can I do to stop the save print output message?

    Hello,

    You can try the following steps to troubleshoot the problem:

    1. After the PC is successfully connected to the default printer, click Advanced on the printer properties page.

    2 Enable the Print Directly to Printer option

    1. Deselect "Keep printed document" and "Print spooled document first"
    2. Tap Apply

    In addition, check that the printer has the latest drivers installed.
