Stuck in bitlocker recovery key blue screen

I recently changed motherboard, case, cpu cooler and case fans from my hp omen 25l and upon the first boot, it is stuck in the blue screen asking for bitlocker recovery key. When i go to aka.ms/myrecoverykey it says “You don't have any BitLocker recovery keys uploaded to your Microsoft account.”

    Hello Yongsuk Kwon,

    the hardware changes triggered BitLocker to require a recovery key. To find your recovery key, you can follow the steps in Finding your BitLocker recovery key in Windows - Microsoft Support.

    Once you have the recovery key, enter it on the BitLocker recovery screen to unlock your device.

    Important: Microsoft support is unable to provide, or recreate, a lost BitLocker recovery key.

    there are five steps are provided to help you find your recovery key in that link. If you are unable to locate the BitLocker recovery key and can't revert any configuration change that might have caused it to be required, you’ll need to reset your device using one of the Windows recovery options. Resetting your device will remove all of your files. If you don't want to do that, it is recommended contact Microsoft Support team for further assistant.

    The windows reset all requires bitlocker recovery key which i am not able to get from the microsoft portal or windows platform which i cannot access as i am stuck in that blue butlocker screen. I have been trying to connect via phone but the automated assistance wouldnt connect me to an agent. I have tried all advanced options and got error messages. I am attaching error messages for your reference.
