How to find bitlocker recovery key with recovery key ID

Question

I have an LG gram laptop. For some reason today it opened to the bitlocker screen. I do not have any recollection of setting up bitlocker, nor do I have a key saved in my Microsoft account. The page is displaying a “recovery key ID” that it says can help identify my key, but I cannot figure out where to enter this to get my key.

I am also unclear on what will happen if I click “skip this drive”. Will that delete all my files or lock me out?

can the " recovery key ID " be used to recover the recovery key?, i contacted (asus) manufacturer they said they dont have that information, i reset bios settings to default&nothing
