Hello,

Is there a way to solve the condition where the Windows Server 2019 Standard screen contains rotating dots continuously. However, there are no problems accessing services in Windows such as Microsoft SQL Server, Windows Admin Center, File Sharing and others. Just can't access the GUI.

I need your help. Thank You

    Hello Kurniawann,

thank you for posting on the Microsoft Community Forums.

The issue you are experiencing could be caused by a number of factors, including a corrupted user profile, a problem with the graphics driver, or a problem with the Windows Explorer process.

To resolve it, you can try the following steps:

    1. Restart the server and see if the issue persists.
    2. Try logging in with a different user account to see if the issue is specific to your user profile.
    3. Update the graphics driver to the latest version.
    4. Run a system file checker scan to check for any corrupted system files. To do this, open Command Prompt as an administrator and type "sfc /scannow" without the quotes and press Enter.
    5. If none of the above steps work, you may need to consider performing a repair installation of Windows Server 2019 Standard.

    Hope it helps.

    Best regards,

    Lei

    Hello Lei,

Thank you for the advice. I have tried the options you gave, except point 3 because I can't access the GUI and point 5 as the final solution.

But when I run "sfc /scannow" something appears like the one below.

    File CBS.log https://linksharing.samsungcloud.com/tK8ayNRadYcI

Can this help analyze the exact cause?

    Thank you.
