API Request on RDP device not working

Hey guys,

I am currently running a software which rotates a proxy using an API Link.
We recently upgraded our device to being remotely controlled using Windows RDP.
Since we upgraded we can not rotate the API anymore. The API request works from any other device, just not the one which actually has to rotate.
We already checked the firewall and allowed the port of the API request.
Does anyone else have that issue? Does anyone have any suggestions?

    Hello,

Thank you for posting on the Microsoft Community forums.

First, ensure that the network configurations on your RDS device are properly set up.

Additionally, verify that the Remote Procedure Call (RPC) service is operational on both involved servers. This can be accomplished by opening the Services console and locating the service named "Remote Procedure Call (RPC)".

For software compatibility concerns, consult the support teams of the software applications in use to ascertain whether they are compatible with the version of the RDP device you're currently employing.

    Regards,

    Jacen Wang.
