    Thanks for your Help!

I tried step 1,2,4 but not success.

For urgent work, I changed printer server to another PC. Go to gpedit change config RPC setting to "RPC over name pipes" and enable printer browsing. Now, It's OK.

    Hello,

Based on my understanding of your issue, I suggest you use the following steps to troubleshoot:

    1. Use the shortcut key Win+r to run services.msc and check whether the Print Spooler status is enabled. It is best to set the startup type to automatic.
    2. Use the shortcut key Win+r to run gpedit.msc, and go to Policy-User Configuration-Administrative Templates-Control Panel-Printers. Disable pointing and printing restrictions, organizing printers to be added, and preventing printers from being deleted.
    3. Check the system group policy: Policy-Computer Configuration-Administrative Templates-Printers. Set "Do not allow installation of printers that use kernel-mode drivers" to Disabled.
    4. Policy-Computer Configuration-Windows Settings-Local Policy-Security Options. Set "Device: Prevent users from installing printer drivers" to Disabled.
    5. Use the shortcut key Win+r to run cmd and enter the following command to refresh the group policy.

    gpupdate /force

I hope the above information can help you!

    Best regards

    Zunhui
