installing the latest Cumulative update 03-2024 KB5035849 on Windows Server 2019 (1809) 17763.4737 fails with error code 0x800f0982. I have run all the update trouble shooters and cleaned the Windows Update files. I keep getting the same error. There are no Asian language packs installed.
