If you can not log into your account due to some weird glitch with Microsofts telephone verification and it will give you no other method of verification.

there is ZERO way to contact them without being able to login

you have VM's running they want to bill you for that you will never be able to close

How are you supposed to escape the trap they have set to basically trap you and bleed you dry.

How can a billion dollar company have zero support for a paid for product.

To be blunt this is a very upset customer who is paying for a product that Microsoft refuses to let me access or close and is asking how the hell do i close an account I have no access to but is linked to my credit card with all my other microsft products

    Hi Sylvester Bauer,

Thank you for posting in the Microsoft Community Forums.

Use an alternate or recovery mailbox:

If you set up an alternate or recovery mailbox when you created your Microsoft account, you can try to use that mailbox to receive emails to reset your password or verification links.

    Online support forms:

Visit Microsoft's support site to see if there are online forms for submitting questions or seeking help without having to sign in. These forms typically ask you to provide some information about your account, such as the e-mail address you used to register or other details about your account.

    Social media and community forums:

Reach out to official Microsoft accounts on Twitter, Facebook, or other social media platforms; sometimes they may be able to provide quick help or direct you to the right support channel. Also, search and join relevant technical forums or communities to see if other users have experienced similar issues and found solutions.

    Try different devices and networks:

Sometimes, the problem may be related to your specific device or network settings. Try accessing your Microsoft account on a different device, such as a phone, tablet, or another computer, using a different network connection, such as your home network, mobile data, or public Wi-Fi.

    Find an official phone number:

Although you mentioned that you can't contact Microsoft directly, sometimes you can find hidden or less obvious contact numbers on Microsoft's official website or support pages. These numbers may be paid support lines, but if you really need urgent help, this may be an option.

    Wait a while:

Sometimes technical issues can be temporary and waiting a while before trying to log in again may solve the problem.

    Best regards

    Neuvi
