Backup failed

Hi,

I want to create system backup but it shows this message.

windows backup failed to create the shadow copy on the storage location shadow copying the specified volume is not supported.

    Hi Azmatullah,

    Hope you're doing well.

    1. Make sure that "Sahdow Copy" is enabled for the current volume.
    2. Make sure that the destination where the backup is stored has sufficient free disk space. Shadow copies require a certain amount of space to store backup data.
    3. What backup software are you currently using?
    4. Open cmd as administrator and run the drop command and provide the results:

    vssadmin list writers

    vssadmin list providers
