Hello
Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community forum.
- Check the batteries in your keyboard and mouse to make sure they are not low or dead.
- Try connecting the keyboard and mouse to a different USB port on your laptop.
- Uninstall and reinstall the drivers for your keyboard and mouse. You can do this by going to Device Manager, finding your keyboard and mouse under "Keyboards" and "Mice and other pointing devices," right-clicking on each and selecting "Uninstall device." Then, restart your laptop and the drivers should automatically reinstall.
- If none of these steps work, you may need to contact the manufacturer of your keyboard and mouse for further assistance.
Also, please note that DONOT post your contact information in Microsoft Forum, if you need further assistance, please contact Microsoft Support.
Best Regards
