Cannot login to https://admin.microsoft.com/

I receive bills for azure, these bills habe links to the invoice which forward me to a sub page on https://admin.microsoft.com/.

When I open the link and try to login, the system replies that mannem.nl is not a known domain.

Can this be resolved?
