- PIN isn’t available error: This error can occur due to system file corruption, malware infection, or permission errors. You can try the following steps to resolve it:
- Reboot your computer.
- Reset your PIN using your Microsoft Account.
- Reset your PIN in Windows Settings via Safe Mode.
- Delete your PIN manually.
- Enable Trusted Platform Module (TPM).
- Incorrect password error: This error can occur due to various reasons such as incorrect password entry, outdated or incompatible drivers, or system file corruption. You can try the following steps to resolve it:
- Update, rollback, or disable drivers.
- Check your hard disk for errors.
- Run memory diagnostics.
- Analyze memory dump files.
- Disable BIOS memory options.
- Check registry settings.
- Antivirus blocking system restore: You can manage Microsoft Defender Antivirus from Command Prompt. You can also disable Microsoft Defender Antivirus permanently using Group Policy.
- Creating a new user: You can create a new user from the command prompt using the following commands:
- net user username password /add to create a new user.
- net localgroup administrators username /add to grant the new user administrative rights.
