Hello community,

A little backstory, I ended up using a debloating software program because I thought my PC was slowing down and I thought maybe it had a virus or something. And now I can't seem to log into my computer. I've been struggling for the past day and a half to figure out what the answer is. I've watched numerous YouTube videos at scrolled Reddit to try and figure out what the issue is, I would say that I'm pretty tech savvy myself but this issue I've never came across before, and I would request some help. The issue that I've been dealing with is that I can't use my PIN to log into my computer, it gives the error code " something happened and your PIN isn't available. Click here to set up your PIN again." I click it, it loads for a very long time and then does nothing. So then I watched a YouTube video to see if I can get any other sign in options and it ends up giving me the other sign in options. And then I type in my password and then it says it's incorrect so I go to another Windows computer and I reset my password using that computer so now I have a new password, and then I type it into my computer that I'm trying to fix and then it just says incorrect password.

So I've ended up going to work Windows recovery I've tried numerous commands on the command prompt I've tried using a Windows restore point which i had, luckily but then it says it's blocked by an antivirus software and it wont allow it to restore to a certain point which was now two days ago. I don't know how to disable the antivirus software from the windows recovery comand prompt (or even if it's possible).

I can't log in, I've tried to create a new user on the Windows command prompt but that is also asking for a password even though I never set up the password for it. Also for a brief second I get this error code "DRIVER UNLOADED WITHOUT CANCELLING PENDING OPERATIONS" then I've tried going to the Windows recovery side and reset this PC but then I get this error code "Startup Repair

Startup Repair couldn't repair your PC

Press "Advanced options to try other options to repair your PC or "Shut down to turn Log file: D:\WINDOWS\System32\Logfiles\Srt\SrtTrail.txt"

I've also tried to just factory reset everything from starting from Square 0 and it won't let me do it so I feel like I'm stuck and I don't know what else to do if somebody could give me some help I'd appreciate it
