Projet Paint 3D portés disparus

Bonjour,
je vous contacte, parce que tous mes projets Paint 3D que j'avais sauvegardé ont totalement disparu. Pendant mon avant dernière utilisation de l'application, le 11 Janvier 2024, ils étaient encore présent, mais aujourd'hui 13 Janvier 2024, j'ai constaté leur disparition. Je n'ai aucune idée de comment les retrouver et espère sincèrement que cela soit possible. C'est la première fois que je rencontre ce problème majeur après environ 1an et demi d'utilisation de l'application. Que suis-je censée faire?
