Retrieving key codes for 2016 MS Licenses

I am the vendor that purchased Microsoft windows 2016 licenses for the Federal Government. The customer is now experiencing problems with the solution that utilizes the Windows 2016 licenses. They are asking me for the key codes and I cannot login to the VLSC. How do I get the key codes for these licenses?

To retrieve the key codes, you will need to contact the Microsoft Volume Licensing Service Center (VLSC) support team. They will be able to assist you with accessing your account and retrieving the key codes for your licenses.

Please note that you will need to provide your Microsoft account information and proof of purchase to verify your identity before the key codes can be released.
