Windows2016へバージョンアップ時必要なライセンスキーが分からなくて、マイクロソフト社に問い合わせしたいですが、方法が分からず困っています。

プロダクトIDはあります。方法を教えていただければ幸いです。

    You need to confirm your activation channel first. Please open a command prompt as administrator, type: Slmgr /dlv.
