    Hello Valentinus Fao,

Thank you for posting in the Microsoft Community Forum.

Here are the steps for your references:

    1. Open the Active Directory Sites and Services console on your domain controller.
    2. Create a new site for the remote location where you want to deploy Delivery Optimization.
    3. Create a new subnet for the remote location and associate it with the new site.
    4. Create a new site link between the new site and the existing site where your Delivery Optimization server is located.
    5. Configure the site link to use IP transport and set the cost to a value that reflects the bandwidth between the two sites.
    6. Install the Delivery Optimization server role on a server in the existing site.
    7. Configure the Delivery Optimization server to use HTTP blended with peering.
    8. Create a new group in Active Directory for the remote location.
    9. Add the computers in the remote location to the new group.
    10. Configure the Delivery Optimization client settings on the remote computers to use the new group for peering.
    11. Test the Delivery Optimization deployment to ensure that it is working correctly.
