Refund for CSP License cancellation - Windows Server 2022

Dear's;

How to make sure that indirect provider cancelled the CSP license and requested refund within the 30 days cancellation window , as no refund attached my company account since 10 days .

I opened ticket with Microsoft support and they said that  Microsoft cannot help me in this matter and have to follow up with my indirect provider even so they are not cooperative ;so what could I do to make sure  that the refund process took place correct.

    unfortunately, Microsoft can't process your refund request directly because your license was purchased through an indirect provider. If your indirect provider fails to follow the refund policy and process, please contact their customer support team and provide your order and invoice details.

    This is a terrible policy. I’m in the same boat, after an indirect provider took our money, assured us they would get the license working, acknowledged the issue. Once the credit card window was gone, they completely disappeared. How can we get ahold of Microsoft to handle these rogue providers your company is vouching for?
