    Hello,

    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community forum.

    Based on the description, I understand your question is related to change the fingerprint recognition.

    1. Open Settings/ Accounts/ Sign-In options.

    Locate the Fingerprint or Facial Recognition options and click Remove under them.

    After that, click Get Started and follow the on-screen instructions to reset Fingerprint and Facial Recognition.

    Reboot your PC.

    1. Open group policy, Navigate to Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Biometric.

    On the right side, double-click on Allow users to log on using biometrics and select Enable.
