    Hello KittyNam,

thank you for posting on the Microsoft Community Forums.

Let's break down some steps to help resolve these problems:

    1. If the update has caused significant issues, you might want to roll back to the previous stable build:
      • "Settings > Update & Security > Recovery".
      • Select "Go back to the previous version of Windows 10".
    2. Perform a clean boot to eliminate conflicts with third-party applications:
      • Press Windows + R, type msconfig, and hit Enter.
      • In the "System Configuration" window, go to the "Services" tab.
      • Check "Hide all Microsoft services" and then click "Disable all".
      • Go to the "Startup" tab and click "Open Task Manager".
      • Disable all startup items.
      • Restart your computer and try the update again.
    3. Outdated drivers can cause many issues. Make sure your drivers, especially for network adapters and graphics cards, are up-to-date:
      • Open "Device Manager".
      • Right-click each device and select "Update driver".
    4. As previously mentioned, use the Command Prompt to check for system file integrity and the health of your Windows image:
      1. Open Command Prompt as an administrator.
      2. Run:
      sfc /scannow dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    5. Try resetting your network settings to resolve Wi-Fi and connectivity issues:
      • "Settings > Network & Internet > Status".
      • Scroll down and click on "Network reset".
      • Follow the prompts to reset.
    6. Physical hardware issues can also cause increased heat and reduced performance:
      • Ensure that your cooling system is working correctly.
      • Clean any dust from vents and fans to improve airflow.

    Hope it helps.

    Best regards,

    Lei
