    Hello

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community forum.

First we need to stop the boot loop so we can understand what is happening.

The method is to disable the automatic restart function:

    Using Advanced Boot Options:

Restart your computer and press the F8 key repeatedly before the Windows logo appears.

This will bring up the Advanced Boot Options menu.

Use the arrow keys to select "Disable automatic restart on system failure" and press Enter.

    Using a Windows Installation Media:

Insert a Windows installation USB or DVD and boot from it.

Select your language preferences and click "Next".

    Click "Repair your computer".

Choose "Troubleshoot" > "Advanced options" > "Command Prompt".

In the Command Prompt, type the following command and press Enter:

    bcdedit /set {default} recoveryenabled No

Close the Command Prompt and restart your computer.

    Using Safe Mode:

Restart your computer and press the F8 key repeatedly before the Windows logo appears.

Select "Safe Mode" from the Advanced Boot Options menu.

Once in Safe Mode, press Windows + R, type sysdm.cpl, and press Enter.

Go to the "Advanced" tab and click on "Settings" under "Startup and Recovery".

Uncheck "Automatically restart" under "System failure" and click "OK".

    Best Regards,

    Wesley Li
